1. Services Provided

CleanTap offers the following services:

  • Free water testing for residential and commercial properties
  • Water filtration system consultation and installation
  • Plumbing services related to water filtration

All services are provided at the discretion of CleanTap, subject to scheduling availability, and in accordance with applicable laws.


2. Booking & Appointments

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when booking a free water test or using any forms on our website.
  • CleanTap reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Confirmed appointments are non-transferable and intended for the individual or property submitted at booking.
  • By booking, you consent to receive SMS and email reminders from CleanTap regarding your appointment (Msg & data rates may apply).

SMS Communications & Opt-Out
By opting in to receive text messages from CleanTap Water Solutions, you agree to receive SMS messages related to appointments, service updates, and occasional promotions.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you opt in again.
